Context Marketing is a schema of operating principals, linkages, and visualization models that flush out and resolve internal and external misalignments among executives and planning stakeholders. A workflow example in project portfolio planning using two real-time visualization models will be presented. The two models work interactively, recursively, and in parallel, forcing diverse stakeholders to actively engage, share their tactical assumptions, understand tradeoffs, and emerge with a consensus.
